Crock Pot Italian Chicken & Peppers
Tender chicken and peppers in a creamy Italian sauce spooned onto a bed of angel hair pasta – Crock Pot perfection!

Ingredients

chicken breasts

Italian dressing
1/2
yellow onion
chopped
1
red pepper (or 1/2 red and 1/2 green)
sliced thin
1/4

salt

dried basil

black pepepr
1/4
tsp
garlic powder

low fat or Greek cream cheese
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan

Instructions
Chop onion and slice pepper. Place in bottom of Crock Pot. Place chicken on top of vegetables.
Pour Italian dressing over chicken. Sprinkle on the seasonings and then place cream cheese on top of everything.
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2.5-3 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken and stir in the parmesan (optional).
Serve over pasta.
