Three Ingredient Stuffed Pepper Bites

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
  2. Cut sweet peppers in half. Remove seeds and veins.
  3. Transfer half the tub of garden vegetable cream cheese to a bowl, and stir in shredded cheese. NOTE: I made my own veggie cream cheese by adding minced carrots, green pepper, green onion, and dill to a tub of cream cheese, but store bought pre-made would work great also!
  4. Scoop a spoonful of cream cheese mix onto each half of pepper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, then turn on the broiler to low and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

You can increase or decrease the number of peppers for your desired crowd. A tub of cream cheese should do about 40-50 appetizers!
